Family Funday Dog Show

Sunday 8th May 2011

Proceedings will begin at 10.30am and the day will include:-

Companion dog classes (£1 per class - rosettes & prizes in all classes)

Inter-Club dog agility by Capable Canines of Alrewas

Dog obedience by Canine Academy of Stone

There will also be a trade stand and information village featuring local canine businesses and there will be a barbeque on the go to keep you all sustained!

Companion Classes - 10.30am

Class 1 - Veteran, 10yrs and over

Class 2 - Dog with the waggiest tail

Class 3 - Most handsome dog

Class 4 - Prettiest bitch

Class 5 - Junior handler, 6-16 yrs

Class 6 - Dog with the most appealing eyes

Class 7 - Best rescue

Class 8 - Best condition

Class 9 - Dog or bitch the judge would most like to take home

Class 10 - Fancy dress

To Follow (approx 1pm)

Inter club dog agility competition by Capable Canines. You are invited to 'have a go' with your own dog after the competition.

11am-1pm

Dog obedience by Tony Dodd from Canine Academy. Tony will be available to give you one-to-one coaching with any problems you are experiencing with your dog training, handling, recall, etc.

Show rules & regulations

1. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times

2. No puppies under six months of age

3. No bitches in season

4. Please bring poop-scoop bags with you to clean up after any mess your dog may make

5. The judges decision is final
