General Information about Latex Toys:
Owners of young dogs should favour latex toys because young dogs still have very sharp teeth and they tend not to simply bite a toy, but to completely chew it to pieces. This can also mean that parts are swallowed.
As latex does not harden inside the stomach or intestines, swallowing a small piece should not be cause for concern, as it is normally passed through the digestive system and passed out without problems. Nevertheless dogs should only be allowed to play with latex toys while under supervision.
In addition, it is advisable to immediately exchange or replace damaged latex toys.
